Hi, I'm Moxnicht I'm retired and love to tinker. I have a mid7012, it's rooted, has android market, overclock widget and Clockwork Recovery. I found this site while wading through Google, and I'm hoping to get a bit more zip out of this little beast.

Well, I tried rooting the Kyros, following the instructions and such, and got nowhere. SuperOneClick stopped at the second step -then I discovered that my PC hadn't even recognized the thing! I've tried all I've seen so far, nothing works for me. I have a 64 bit Windows 8 PC. 

Hello.  I have owned a 7127 since Nov 2011 but haven't used it much since I've had some problems w/ it.  Now I want to see if I can upgrade it and get it to work more smoothly.  Hope this site helps!!

last days I have problems with my tablet MID7014 at power throws me a message "The device Enter fastroot mode, please connect USB to pc or Reset The device, Waiting...." and not let me do anything more.

Alright. That is out of the way..

Found this forum through the miracle that is Google. Have a Kyros mid7014 that I got for not much thinking it would have the same ( or close to the same ) functionality as my Note. Eh. No. It does'nt. I know. Now. So I went and searched for a way to teach this thing some manners (OS replacement, Rooting, Boardingschool) and came across this forum. Hope the Kyros Guru's will help me out Making this a rather more functional device..

So far it will not let me install anything from GETJAR (?!) and its fantastically choppy when trying to play youtube video's.

Have not rooted this tablet yet (came here to figure out hoe to do that in the first place..) and lo and behold; It IS running 2.3.3.

So again, Hello! and hope to find some resources here to turn this into the tablet I think it can be..
