Hi, I have a Coby Kyros MID8120 (Android 2.3.3) and suddenly the slide lock screen is never shown and the home button no longer works (and power off no longer shows device options). It seems to be the same issue as here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1506317, but that fix does not seem to apply to this tablet. Anyone have any ideas on how I might fix this?

Note: The tablet is rooted and has gapps installed. Factory reset does not fix the problem. There are no recovery apps (that I am aware of) that work with this tablet and as such I do not have any backups, etc.

I figured out the problem. Somehow Provision.apk went missing. Replacing the file fixed it.
