    Gaming Tablet?

Post by XXchocolatetouchXX on Wed Jan 11, 2012 7:15 pm

    http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-57357152-1/wikipad-tablet-brings-3d-and-detachable-game-controls/?tag=mncol;txt

Wikipad has made a 8 inch tablet with a detachable game control piece. It has 2 joysticks a D-pad, and a 1,2,3,4 buttons.
I think it is a neat design, especially for those hardcore android gamers out there. It also supports 3D if you are interested in it. Personally me I am not.

    1080P display
    8GB internal storage
    ICS 4.0
    6 hours battery life
    MicroSD up to 64GB
    Front and rear cameras
quick change between 2D and 3D
    No glasses involved

Its pricing is around $300 with the tablet, game pad, and some free games and content.

Who thinks they would buy this?
Who thinks this will be a hot item, or even sell?
Its supposed to be here this spring.

I can see this appealing to hard core gamers but I wouldn't buy one for myself

yeah. I would only get it for the tab not to game, and that would only be if it was really good and cheap.
